Stephen Scott | Sustainable Systems Leader - Canada, Trane Commercial

Stephen Scott is Trane's Sustainable Systems Leader for Canada, mentoring the field sales team to promote sustainable systems like heating electrification, thermal energy storage, and next-gen refrigerants. Since joining Trane in 1997, he has held various roles, including Equipment Solutions Manager and Sales Manager. Stephen also worked as Energy Solutions Manager for North America at Armstrong Fluid Technology. He holds a B.Sc. in Engineering Chemistry from Queen's University and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys family time, running, picklball, music, reading, and photography.

Bruce B. Lindsay, PE, CEM, CDP | Business Development Leader, Trane Commercial

Bruce B. Lindsay is Trane's Business Development Leader for Thermal Storage Systems (CALMAC ice tanks) and focuses on the investment tax credits in the US and Canada. He has been involved in thermal storage for over 30 years and was the Executive Director of the Electric Power Research Institute's Thermal Storage Research Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Bruce was recently the Energy Manager for Brevard County Public Schools (Florida), where he had 84 schools of which 20 had ice storage systems. He is an ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer and Program Chair for ASHRAE TC6.9 Thermal Storage..

Erin Rau | Digital Services Commercialization Leader - North America, Trane Technologies

Erin Rau is the North America Digital Service Commercialization Leader for Trane Technologies, overseeing the commercialization and support of digital offerings across North American sales channels. She collaborates with Product Management and development teams to address customer needs. Erin holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Residing in Kansas City, Missouri, she enjoys family time, cheering for local sports teams, traveling, wine, and exploring the outdoors.
