As the Trane Commercial VRF Technical Specialist for Middle and East Tennessee, Mike Reed is responsible for the support of Trane® / Mitsubishi Electric VRF projects throughout all phases. He assists account managers on design and selections, but his primary role is in the technical product support that he gives contractors to ensure a project’s success. This includes pre-construction meetings, site visits, start-up assistance, technical support, and end-user training. Mike also teaches the CITY MULTI® course for installation and service technicians. He has been in the HVAC field for 25 years and has been a member of the Diamond Service Group for the last 9 years.
David Richardson

As the Commercial Area Sales Manager for Tennessee, David Richardson leads sales efforts for Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US. His primary focus is distributor, owner, engineer, and contractor relationships and consults on design and application support for Commercial VRF projects. A veteran of both mechanical and general contracting, David is a degreed mechanical engineer from Tennessee Technological University.
