Meet the Speakers

Haley Goslinga, Product Marketing Manager
Haley Goslinga, Product Marketing Manager

Haley Goslinga joined Trane in 2012 and is currently the Product Marketing Manager for C.D.S. Within this role, she and her team provide training and customer outreach for C.D.S. tools such as TRACE 3D Plus. Haley is also responsible for marketing design and analysis tools and is involved in strategic planning for these products. Haley’s first role at Trane was a Building Performance Systems Engineer for C.D.S. where she worked with TRACE 700, as well as the tool’s growth through the development of and transition to TRACE 3D Plus.

While attending University of Iowa for Mechanical Engineering, Haley served in the United States Army Reserve and was deployed twice to Iraq.  She also completed GTP 12-2 upon joining Trane.

Haley is currently involved in ASHRAE supporting research promotion and development committees at the society level. She lives in Decorah, IA where she tries to keep up with her husband and toddler and enjoys traveling and being active outdoors.

Michelle Hull, Building Performance & Systems Engineer

Michelle Hull has been with Trane since 2019, starting as a Test Engineer after graduating with a BSME from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She joined C.D.S. in 2021 and has since became a Product Owner and subject matter expert for the TRACE 3D Plus Systems and Plants team. 

Michelle has been in the HVAC industry since 2012, when she enrolled in the HVAC/R Technician Program at Bay Path Vocational and Technical High School. She also volunteers with the Society of Women Engineers and ASHRAE. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, rugby, and spending time with her partner and two cats, Fridge and Toaster.
