Trane® / Mitsubishi Electric SMART MULTI® systems are single and three phase outdoor units with inverter technology, offering an ideal fit for light commercial applications. Featuring best-in-class efficiency ratings and ENERGY STAR certified units, SMART MULTI systems are designed to deliver operational cost savings and long-term performance.

    With up to 100% heating capacity at 5°F, and up to 75% heating capacity at -13°F, units perform in the most extreme climates.

  • Individualized Zone Control

    Uses an integrated controls network to cool or heat up to 30 individual zones with a variety of indoor unit styles.

  • Three Models

    Available as a single-phase heat pump in 36, 48 and 60 KBTU/H capacities; a hyper-heating heat pump in 36, 42 and 48 KBTU/H capacities; and a three-phase heat pump in 72, 96 and 120 KBTU/H capacities.
